These terms cover Lumi, the Mac app, and the subscription that pays for it. Lumi is made by Pure LLC. By installing or buying Lumi, you agree to them.

The trial

Every new trial lasts 7 days. If Lumi already gave you a 30-day trial, it runs to its end. The trial runs on your Mac. It needs no card and sends nothing.

Price and billing

Lumi costs $14 a month or $120 a year, tax included. The subscription renews each month or year until you cancel. You buy it through Link: Stripe, trading as Link, is the merchant of record, so it charges you and handles sales tax and VAT. Your card statement reads LINK.COM* LUMI.

Cancelling

Cancel any time at link.com, or from Lumi → Settings → License → Manage subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and Lumi keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. You can switch between monthly and yearly there too.

Refunds

Anyone who asks for a refund gets one. Ask at link.com or email support@lumimac.app. A full refund of your latest payment revokes your license key and cancels your subscription at once, so you're never billed again for something you can't use. A lost chargeback does the same. A partial refund, or a refund of an older payment, leaves your subscription as it is.

One Mac per key

Each license key works on one Mac at a time. To use it on another Mac, deactivate it on the old one, or choose Move license to this Mac on the new one. You can move a license 3 times in 30 days. The old Mac stops at its next license check, or within 14 days if it stays offline. Each purchase is its own subscription with its own key.

Lumi checks your license once a day and keeps recording offline for up to 14 days after its last successful check. If your subscription ends, Lumi stops recording. Lost your key? Replace it on the recover page. The old key stops working.

Your data

What Lumi captures stays on your Mac, and it's yours. We never receive it. The privacy page lists what Lumi does send.

Lumi is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.
